You may be wondering why we offer products at such reasonable prices. By combining smart purchasing and deliveries directly from suppliers, we are able to keep costs relatively low and sell our products at competitive prices.

Ordering and payment


How do I order?
Placing an order is very easy. Click on the "Add to Cart" button below the product you want. You will be automatically redirected to the shopping cart. Click on "Checkout", enter your details and pay securely and at no extra cost using any of the different payment methods offered.

Is it safe?
Of course you do! All orders placed on our website are processed securely.

I live abroad. Can I order here?
Yes, but delivery may take a little longer compared to England

Of course you do! All payments on our website are made through a secure connection, regardless of the payment method.

Can I cancel my order?
Once you have placed an order, you have the option to cancel it within 24 hours.

Delivery
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Shipping costs are free for all orders and the average delivery time is 7-14 business days.
Since we ship our products directly from our supplier, delivery times are a little longer than you are used to.

The tracking number does not provide any information, why?
From the moment your package arrives at the carrier, tracking information is available. Please note that there may be delays, but not for more than a few days.

Can I have my order delivered to my workplace?
Yes, you can. Please provide your name and address before placing your order. It can be your home or workplace, but remember to write your name carefully.

The estimated delivery time has been exceeded, what is the status of my order?
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered on time. Unfortunately, it may happen that the delivery of the order is delayed.

You haven't received your package 3 days after the scheduled delivery date? Please visit the "Track My Order" page or contact us by email. 

My order is missing products, how is this possible?
Since we work with different suppliers, the products can be delivered separately in different packaging. If some items are missing from your order, you will usually receive them after 2 or 3 days. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Return

I am not satisfied with my order. How do I restore it?
Of course, this is possible. You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

As a customer, you are responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend all customers to send a return via the tracking option as we do not take responsibility for lost returns.

Please note that it is not possible to return lingerie, swimwear and beauty products for hygiene reasons.

Why underwear, masks, toiletries can not be returned?
Underwear, masks, and beauty products are considered hygiene products. We take public hygiene and safety seriously and do not allow the return of underwear, masks, hygiene and beauty products for the safety of all our customers. We are not the only ones who do this, other suppliers of underwear, masks, hygiene and beauty products do not allow returns for the same reasons.

I received a defective or incorrect product. What should I do?
First of all, we are sorry for the inconvenience this causes. Please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@musemode-outdoor.com and we will help you as much as possible.
We will reply your email within 24 hours and your problem will be solved in the best possible way.
